The construction industry has been very nervous about commencing new projects since the very well-publicized “Lacrosse” fire in Melbourne.
Fortunately we have been able to restore confidence with the release of our CSIRO tested and approved non-combustible cladding which meets all current fire safety standards including AS1530.1.
Lend Lease have been one of the first to select the revolutionary new non-combustable Reynodual® as the exterior cladding for their latest project Toorak Park. in Melbourne.
The development was designed by Denton Corker Marshall and the cladding will be installed by our friends at Cladding Systems in Thomastown VIC.
Reynodual still offers the same variety of colours and finishes as the rest of the Reynolux/ Reynobond range and Toorak Park will take full advantage of this with a mix of standard and metallic colours as well as some woodgrain finishes.
We can’t wait to see the finished product!
