ACG Products are very privileged to have been selected as supplier for the recently approved 570 Bourke Street project.
This project will use the Kapilux Capilary system by Okalux to introduce more natural light to reduce the requirement of artificial light thereby increasing energy efficiency to help achieve the 4.5 star rating.
The $150 million expansion and redevelopment of the Charter Hall Core Plus Office Fund’s (CPOF) 570 Bourke Street office building commenced early 2014, with the appointment of Brookfield Multiplex as construction contractor.
The works will see 15,550 square metres of A-grade office space added to the building across levels 2 to 11 to create 10 levels of contiguous 2,700 square metre NLA floorplates. With natural light on all four sides the podium floors will be further enhanced by a new glass atrium. A further 170 square metres of boutique office space will be added to level 1 as well as 670 square metres of retail space to the ground floor fronting Bourke and Little Bourke Streets.
The works also include a complete rebuild of the ground floor lobby and substantial upgrade works to the building services and new generation end of trip facilities to achieve a 4.5 star NABERS rating.
Works on 570 Bourke Street commenced in January 2014, with completed scheduled for the middle of 2015.
